Better late than never...

"We fulfilled your order 20 days ago.." wrong - it arrived yesterday. It was accompanied by a 'Returns' leaflet containg instructions that fell far short of one's legal rights. The blankets themselves are fine!

Lovely & snuggly & warm.

Please disregard my previous review, my Snuggy has arrived & it is sooooo warm & perfect during this cold spell of weather. I will be honest & admit that I wouldn't want to be seen walking down the street wearing it, but indoors it's perfect. I also put it on top of the duvet at night for extra warmth in bed.

Disappointing

Despite ordering in stock items, there was a delay in my order being despatched. Upon receipt I was sent incorrect items. Instead of receiving 3 adult hooded blankets I was sent 2 square blankets and only one hooded blanket. No return label included so I’m concerned about returning heavy blankets and having to pay postage personally. No response to my emails requesting help and advice. I have paid £195.97 in advance for appalling customer service. Do I need to contact my MasterCard provider for a refund investigation?
