1. Who we are

The data controller for your personal information is 3 Power Limited, trading as Snuggy.

When you create an account

If you register for a Snuggy account, we collect your username, password, and any security details you set up. Please keep your account credentials safe and do not share them with anyone. If you think your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at help@snuggy.com.

When you browse and shop

We collect information about your shopping activity on our site, including items you view, add to your basket, or save to a wishlist. This helps us improve the site and your experience.

When you contact us

If you email us or use our contact form, we will keep a record of that correspondence.

3. How we use your information

  • Using analytics and advertising cookies (see Section 9)

You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us or using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

4. Who we share your information with

We only share your information with third parties where necessary.

Shopify

Our online store is powered by Shopify Inc. They host our website and process orders on our behalf. You can read Shopify's privacy policy at shopify.com/legal/privacy.

Amazon

We also sell through Amazon. Where you purchase via Amazon, your data is handled under Amazon's privacy policy. Where we receive your details from Amazon to fulfil an order, we use them only for that purpose.

Veeqo

We use Veeqo for order and inventory management. Your order details are shared with Veeqo to help us fulfil and track your order.

Google

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. You can opt out at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Google's privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.

Email and communications

We use Gmail (Google Workspace) for customer service. Emails you send us are stored within Google's infrastructure.

Marketing platforms

We intend to introduce email marketing and advertising tools in the future. When we do, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before using your data for those purposes.

Legal requirements

We may share your information where required by law or a court order, for example to comply with HMRC requirements or respond to lawful requests from authorities.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

5. Reviews and public content

Our site may allow you to post product reviews or other content. Anything you submit to a public area of the site will be visible to other visitors. We do not control who sees publicly posted content or how they use it. Please only share information you are comfortable making public.

6. International transfers

Some of our third-party providers, including Shopify and Google, store and process data outside the UK. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy decisions or UK International Data Transfer Agreements to protect your information.

7. How long we keep your information

We keep your order information for as long as necessary, typically for the duration of any legal obligation such as HMRC tax records which require 6 years. We will not keep it longer than needed.

If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so unless we are legally required to keep it.

8. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data. We recommend you do not share sensitive information over unsecured channels.

If you have a Snuggy account, please keep your login details safe and do not share them with anyone. Contact us immediately at help@snuggy.com if you think your account has been accessed without your permission.

Advertising and retargeting cookies

We plan to introduce advertising on platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Google. When we do, those platforms may set cookies to help us show relevant ads. We will update this policy and ask for your consent before enabling these.
