Snuggy pod replacement poles

So easy to order and delivery was quick. I comparison to the poles which came with the pod, these new ones have been redesigned slightly. Still a very good product and our disabled son absolutely loves his pod.

LENGTH of poles could do with being just a Tiny bit shorter

I found it HARD WORK to get the end of the poles hooked into the zip pocket at the end of the seam where you feed the poles through to and the LONG POLES could have done with being a bit more flexible... So I just gave up hurting my hands in the process and just left them digging into the material... But since talking to WEB CHAT Linda has kindly recommended you can LEVY THE TIP of the tight poles into the zip pocket by USING A SPOON 🤩💜👍... THANK YOU I would NEVER have thought of this... I will give it a go .. The SHORTER POLES were ok BUT were a bit of a nightmare when they came apart as you were trying to feed them through or take them back out again. The elastic of the poles were hard to find / feel for inside the seam and reconnect up with & they would get caught up in the material.. THE SOLUTION?🤔 May be BIGGER THICKER POLES wouldn't fall apart so much?? EXCELLENT LIVE CHAT SECTION on the website... I had alot of questions cleared up through this 👍🤩. It is only manned between 9am - 1pm but when you message them out of these Hours they will always quickly & efficiently reply to your message the Next Day.
Glad I ordered an extra set of poles as the poles that came with the pod there was 1 LONG POLE MISSING.

Great pod, shame about the poles

Ordered one of the single bed pods via Amazon. Little girl loves it! Only thing that is disappointing about it are the poles. We have had two snap for no reason (both happened while we were all out of the house!). Have tried contacting for replacements (no luck so far) and have been waiting for the replacement set you can purchase separately for a few months now for the single beds. Hopefully they are coming back in stock soon! Otherwise it’s great.
